This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior AI/ML Engineer – Chatbot Solutions, based out of Pune. The professional in this role will be tasked with designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI/ML-powered chatbot solutions. Responsibilities include developing algorithms and models to enhance user experience, performing data analysis to fine-tune chatbot performance, and applying techniques like natural language processing, pattern recognition, and deep learning.
