The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and experience with Large Language Models (GPT-4, GPT-4o, LLAMA 2/3, etc.), Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, and Azure AI Document Intelligence . Key Responsibilities Develop scalable, high-performance REST APIs using Python. Design, optimize, and fine-tune prompts for LLMs to enhance accuracy . Research and experiment with various LLMs to optimize cost and performance . Train LLMs with custom datasets and fine-tune models as needed. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and stakeholders . Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization . Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI, ML, DL, NLP, and cloud technologies . Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years (Senior AI Engineer) / 8+ years (Lead AI Engineer) in AI, ML, and Deep Learning . Strong Python programming experience. Expertise in NLP, Prompt Engineering, and Large Language Models . Experience in REST API development, NoSQL databases, and RDBMS optimizations . Familiarity with Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of SQL Server and modern databases like Snowflake . Understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and algorithms . Nice to have: LangChain, Vertex Search, Vector Databases, Pandas, NumPy . Experience with Microservices architecture, Docker, and Kubernetes . Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or in teams .
