Job Description

Position: Corporate Admin Executive Location: Delhi NCR Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Corporate Admin Executive to oversee and manage administrative operations for Team Computers and Team Hotels & Resorts across PAN India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing licensing, property coordination, and vendor relationships while supporting the business needs of both companies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Licensing & Compliance Management: o Manage, track, and ensure all company licenses, registrations, and legal documents are up-to-date. o Handle renewals of business permits, government approvals, and regulatory compliances. o Collaborate with legal teams and authorities to resolve licensing- related concerns. 2. Property Management: o Act as the central point of contact for property acquisition, leasing, renewals, and negotiations across locations. o Oversee property agreements, rentals, and ensure adherence to timelines. o Coordinate maintenance, utility setups, and facility management for offices, hotels, and resort properties. 3. Vendor Management: o Identify, negotiate, and on board vendors for facilities, housekeeping, logistics, and related services. o Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely deliveries and quality of services. o Monitor vendor performance and resolve escalations, discrepancies, or conflicts. 4. Operations Management: o Supervise PAN India administrative activities, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with company goals. o Provide logistical support for both companies, including travel, event coordination, and office supplies management. o Manage asset inventory across locations, including procurement and maintenance. 5. Cross-Company Coordination: o Serve as a liaison between both companies to streamline administrative and operational processes. o Align administrative strategies and implement best practices across Team Computers and Team Hotels & Resorts. o Prepare reports, budgets, and MIS related to admin and property management. Skills & Qualifications:  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.  Minimum 5-7 years of experience in administrative, property, or vendor management roles, preferably in a multi-location environment.  Proven experience managing large-scale operations across PAN India.  Strong knowledge of licensing, compliance, and property leasing processes.  Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.  Ability to handle multiple priorities with high attention to detail.  Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant tools.  Willingness to travel as required.
