Job Description

Rausheena Udyog Ltd Engineering Division is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate must have expertise in financial accounting, taxation, and regulatory filings. Key Responsibilities:Financial Accounting & Reporting: Prepare and maintain stock reports. Finalize books of accounts and prepare the balance sheet. Conduct financial analysis to evaluate expenses and profitability. Prepare and submit Bank Audit Reports as required. Taxation & Compliance: Handle TDS returns and filing in compliance with tax regulations. Manage GST filings including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C . Ensure timely filing of Income Tax returns and compliance with applicable tax laws. Must have knowledge of ROC (Registrar of Companies) . Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Manage Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) calculations and filings. Ensure compliance with all labor and financial regulations. Audit & Reconciliation: Assist in statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits. Conduct Bank Reconciliation & Vendor Reconciliation to ensure accurate financial records. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum Experience: 5-10 years in accounting and finance. Strong knowledge of finalization of accounts, stock reporting, and tax filing . Proficiency in TDS, GST, Income Tax, ROC, and audit procedures . Experience in expense analysis, bank audit reports, and financial compliance . Working knowledge of accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or similar platforms . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail. ponsibilities Education & Qualifications: Degree: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) preferred. In-depth understanding of Indian Accounting Standards, GST Laws, and Income Tax Regulations .
