Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to handle accounting tasks and support the finance team. You will help maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local accounting rules.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations including ledger entries and reconciliations.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Assist with budgeting and financial forecasting.
Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax reports.
Support audit activities and work with external auditors.
Review and improve internal controls.
Provide guidance to junior accountants.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3-5 years of accounting experience.
Good understanding of local accounting standards and tax regulations.
Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication skills in Russian and/or English.
