Job Description: 1. Basic Accounting Knowledge: You are expected to have a strong foundation in basic accounting principles and practices, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation. 2. Complete GST Knowledge: Your proficiency in GST is crucial, encompassing the understanding of GST returns such as GST R1, GST R2A, and GST R3B, which need to be filed either monthly or quarterly as per regulations. 3. Complete TDS Knowledge: Your expertise extends to all aspects of Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), including TDS working, deduction, and rates applicable to various transactions such as professional fees (94j), contracts (2% or 1%), rent (10%), commission (5%), and purchases of goods (0.10%). 4. TDS Filing: You will be responsible for the accurate and timely filing of TDS returns, including Form 24Q and Form 26Q, on a quarterly basis. 5. Bank Reconciliation: Ensuring the reconciliation of bank statements with our company's financial records to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies. 6. Inventory Management: Overseeing the management of inventory records, including valuation, stock movement, and periodic audits to safeguard company assets. 7. Salary Process: Coordinating the end-to-end process of salary disbursement, including payroll calculations, deductions, and compliance with statutory requirements. 8. Balance Sheet Finalization and Adjustment Entries: Playing a key role in the finalization of the balance sheet by preparing and posting necessary adjustment entries to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. 9.
