Job Overview CNR EdTech is seeking a mid-level SQL Trainer with 4 to 6 years of experience for a full-time position at our Madanapalle location. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL and related database technologies and be able to convey complex concepts to students effectively, preparing them for careers in IT and database management. Qualifications and Skills Minimum of 4 to 6 years of professional experience with SQL and related database technologies. Proficiency in data visualization (Mandatory skill). Extensive experience in SQL query writing, ensuring efficiency and compliance with best practices. Solid understanding of database design principles and techniques, with the ability to create scalable and robust database architectures. Competence in data modeling to support various business processes and analytical requirements. Skilled in performance tuning to optimize database and query performance effectively. Ability to perform comprehensive data analysis, extracting actionable insights and improving decision-making processes. Expertise in query optimization to enhance the efficiency of database operations and reduce resource consumption. Experience in database administration, including backup, recovery, and maintenance activities to ensure data integrity and availability. Roles and Responsibilities Design and deliver training sessions on SQL, database design, and relevant technologies to students and professionals. Develop training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments, to facilitate hands-on learning experiences. Evaluate and assess students’ progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth and development. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to ensure training content is up-to-date and aligned with industry standards. Assume responsibility for the overall quality of training sessions, ensuring a positive learning environment for all participants.
