Job Description

About the Role:

SQL Tester

Key Responsibilities:

Write and execute
SQL queries
to validate data and verify business rules.
Perform database testing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data.
Validate data migration, ETL processes, and database updates.
Develop and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test plans for database testing.
Identify, report, and track defects related to database issues.
Collaborate with developers and QA teams to reproduce and resolve issues.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with
automation testing tools
(Selenium, QTP, or similar).
Familiarity with
NoSQL databases
(MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
Knowledge of
PL/SQL, T-SQL, or database scripting
.
Experience in
data validation for analytics, BI, or reporting projects
.
