SQLAbout The Role ::We are seeking a skilled ERP Implementation and Techno-Functional Consultant to join ourteam. The idealcandidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, with a focus on implementation andintegration, alongwith expertise in MS SQL databases. This role requires a combination of technical andfunctional skills toeffectively bridge the gap between business requirements and technology solutions.Key Responsibilities:Customer handling/ Support (24*7) and 6 days working with rotational shifts. Lead the implementation of ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business processes andobjectives. Configure ERP modules based on business needs and best practices. Understanding and analyzing Customer Business Processes / Requirements. Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures. Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ERP solutions with existing systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ERP functionality and databaseperformance. Prepare and present documentation, including user manuals and process flows. Stay updated on industry trends and ERP technologies to provide innovative solutions. Preparation of Business Process and Application-level mapping documents Assisting Technical team in translating the functional specifications into design specifications. Daily customer raised issue to be solved within SLA defined. Good manufacturing domain knowledge.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or arelatedfield. 2 to 6 years of experience in ERP implementation and support, with a focus on [specific ERPsoftware, if applicable]. Strong proficiency in MS SQL database management, including query optimization and datamodeling.[specifically in Store Procedures]. Experience in functional areas such as finance, supply chain, manufacturing, or HR is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively acrossteams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
