Job Description

Write, test, and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases. Assist in database design, schema creation, and data modelling. Help maintain and troubleshoot database systems. Perform data validation and ensure data integrity. Support senior team members in day-to-day database operations and processes. Assist in database optimization tasks to improve performance. Participate in meetings to discuss progress and requirements. Learn and implement best practices in SQL and database management. Create simple reports and data visualizations as required. Required Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts (e.g., tables, joins, primary keys, foreign keys). Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS) like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Ability to write and troubleshoot simple SQL queries. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Eagerness to learn new technologies and tools. Good communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Any certification or coursework related to databases/SQL is a plus.
