Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• 6 - 8 years of software development experience • Skill set requirement in the following area:
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application. • Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design. • Familiarity with software configuration management and/or source code version control systems. • Experience with healthcare IT and/or software preferred. • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to work well in agile, small-team environments. • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills. • Self-motivated and able to work autonomously when necessary. • Must be eager to work with other dedicated programmers, including working in a remote development organization with co-workers in different geographic locations.
