We are seeking an experienced Sprint Manager / Project Manager to join our team and play a
pivotal role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for managing sprint cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring
smooth project delivery through agile best practices. You ll work closely with stakeholders,
product managers, developers, and other team members to foster a collaborative and
productive environment that aligns with our company s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sprint Management:
Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives,
ensuring agile best practices are upheld.
Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and groom backlogs, ensuring
sprint goals align with project and business objectives.
Monitor sprint progress, manage sprint burndown, and adjust plans as needed to
ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes.
Hands on story Point estimation technique.
2. Project Management:
Keep Informed all stakeholders about progress and obstacles.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve dependencies and ensure
smooth project flow across departments.
Sharing Sprint reports with Management.
Hands on SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) Technique.
3. Team Coordination and Communication:
Foster a collaborative team environment that supports engagement, productivity,
and mutual respect among all team members.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communication, keeping
stakeholders informed of project status, issues, and changes.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings with internal teams, stakeholders, and vendors
as necessary, documenting and following up on actionable items.
4. Process Improvement:
Evaluate and continuously improve agile practices and project management
processes, ensuring they remain efficient, scalable, and effective.
Drive initiatives for process standardization and tool implementation to enhance
team performance.
Advocate for best practices in agile methodologies, project management, and
sprint planning to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
5. Reporting and Metrics:
Track and report key performance metrics, including velocity, burn rate, and
sprint/project status.
Use data to provide insights into team performance, project progress, and areas
for improvement.
Prepare project dashboards and status reports for management, providing clear
visibility into project timelines and deliverables.
Qualifications:
Experience:
2+ years of experience in project management or agile sprint management, with
a strong background in software development or technology environments.
Proven experience leading sprints and projects in an Agile/Scrum environment.
2+ years of experience in Jira automations/Dashboards
Skills:
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira) and agile frameworks.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a
fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to navigate challenges and
changing priorities.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing project
stakeholders.
