Business Development Executive - SaaS Sales | US MarketJob Location: South Delhi / NoidaTimings: 6pm to 3pm ISTOnsite - Work from Office only What Makes This Role UniqueEarly Opportunities: As an early hire at a fast-growing transportation technology startup, youll receive equity, a base salary, and commissions for each deal you help close.Strategic Impact: Work closely with your sales Pod to drive sales initiatives, develop scalable systems, explore new growth opportunities, and represent SpotBus at industry conferences nationwide.Versatility in Role: Engage in various aspects of the business, from business development and pipeline generation to sales operations and conference engagement.RequirementsProspecting: Youll make 100+ calls daily to Transportation Directors at School Districts across the U.S., aiming to book 20 demos each week for our Sales Executive Team.Management: Manage and update HubSpot with new leads, run outreach cadences via calls and emails, create proposals, reschedule demos, and refine our lead generation playbook with best practices.Culture: Contribute your ideas, feedback, and strategies to help shape SpotBuss unique culture and future vision for student transportation.What You Bring to the Team2+ years of experience in outbound technology sales.Ability to manage large prospect lists and consistently engage with 100+ prospects daily.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the technical aptitude to quickly learn and master our sales tools.A focus on understanding and addressing prospects' pain points rather than simply selling features.A passion for booking demos and ensuring seamless handoffs between yourself and the sales team.Self-driven and thrives in an autonomous, remote work environment.A commitment to exceeding your quota and supporting your teammates and the companys success.BenefitsCompetitive salary with performance-based incentives.Professional development opportunities and career advancement.Generous paid time off, holidays, and additional leave options.Collaborative and inclusive work environment
