Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as BPO Customer Service Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through voice and/or blended channels (voice and non-voice). You will assist our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Voice Process: Answer incoming calls from customers and provide clear, accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide solutions in a timely manner. Manage customer expectations by delivering excellent service and follow-up on unresolved queries. Blended Process: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels as required. Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and ensure accurate records are maintained. Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed performance metrics such as Average Handling Time (AHT), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and First Call Resolution (FCR). Education: Graduate/Undergraduate Fresher and Experience Experience: Previous experience in customer service, especially in a BPO environment, is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus. Package: Fresher Salary upto 3LPA (18-2K IN HAND) Experience Salary upto 6LPA (45-49K IN HAND 30% HIKE ON LAST IN HAND) Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite.
