Job Description

Plan, conduct, and supervise practical sports and physical education sessions for primary school students, including both indoor and outdoor activities. Motivate students to explore various sports and athletic pursuits, helping them build foundational skills in physical fitness. Observe and assess students physical abilities and improvements throughout the school year. Maintain discipline and ensure safety during sports activities, both in practice and competitive settings. Prepare students for competitive events by training and coaching school sports teams, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship. Attend parent-teacher meetings to provide feedback on students physical development, participation, and achievements. Develop and distribute materials such as drills, exercises, and practice plans to support student progress and skill-building.
