Sports Strategist

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and confident Sports Strategist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of sports and a genuine interest in leveraging it to create impactful strategies. The Sports Strategist will play a key role in planning, developing, and implementing sports-related initiatives while also contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sports strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct research on sports trends, events, and opportunities to identify potential growth areas.
• Collaborate with management and business teams to integrate sports-focused initiatives with overall strategy.
• Build partnerships and maintain relationships with sports associations, clubs, and stakeholders.
• Travel across Kerala to attend sports events, client meetings, and collaborations.
• Provide insights and innovative ideas to strengthen both sports and business initiatives.

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Strong negotiation and communication skills (English and Malayalam; Hindi is a plus).
• Good knowledge of sports and a genuine passion for the field is essential.
• Ability to think strategically and translate ideas into actionable plans.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Kerala.
• Confident, self-driven, and adaptable to dynamic environments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
