Requirements and Qualifications Sports Background (Mandatory): Candidate must have played sports and represented at District, State, or National levels. Good with Kids: Must enjoy working with children aged 2 to 10 years. The role involves executing Go Alpha’s structured sports curriculum and undergoing necessary training to deliver sessions effectively. Energetic and Enthusiastic: Sessions are active and engaging, so the coach must be energetic, lively, and passionate about sports and teaching. Fluent in English: All sessions are conducted in English, so strong communication skills in English are essential. Team Player: We are looking for someone who is collaborative, reliable, and committed to contributing to the overall growth of the team and the organization.
