Sports Event Manager

We are looking for a Sports Event Manager who can independently plan, organize, and execute sports events while driving business growth through collaborations with corporates and new partner companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage sports tournaments, leagues, and corporate events end-to-end.
• Collaborate with corporate clients, schools, colleges, and new companies to create partnership opportunities.
• Develop business by pitching event concepts, sponsorship proposals, and customized sports solutions.
• Ensure smooth event operations, including venue setup, scheduling, logistics, and on-ground staff coordination.
• Work closely with marketing teams to promote events and increase participation.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Prepare event budgets, reports, and performance analysis.
• Innovate new event ideas to increase revenue and brand visibility.

Requirements:

• Experience in sports event management or event operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple events and deadlines.
• Passion for sports and knowledge of various sports activities.
• Ability to build and maintain corporate partnerships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,331.28 - ₹49,946.56 per month
