You are being offered the exciting opportunity to join XP! Farm as a Cold Caller / Sponsorship Outreach Intern to contribute to the growth of the team. As a part of this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to brands, businesses, and potential sponsors to pitch projects, secure partnerships, and drive collaborations for gaming, esports, and event initiatives. **Responsibilities:** - Identify potential sponsors through research and outreach - Initiate cold calls/emails to pitch sponsorship opportunities - Maintain CRM records and follow up with leads - Collaborate with the marketing and events team to align outreach strategies - Assist in creating sponsor decks and communication templates **Requirements:** - Strong communication and persuasion skills - Fluent in English (written and spoken) - Comfortable with cold outreach and handling objections - A passion for gaming, esports, or youth culture is a plus - Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, Email, and CRM tools **Ideal For:** - College students or freshers looking to break into sales/marketing - Individuals with a knack for networking and relationship-building - Those looking to grow within the gaming and events space In return for your contributions, you will gain valuable real-world experience in sales, outreach, and sponsorship marketing.
