Job Description

Responsibilities:

Teach Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality Development to students.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons focusing on grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency.
Conduct speaking practice sessions, group discussions, role plays, and activities to improve confidence.
Assess student performance and provide individual feedback & improvement plans.
Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and classroom activities.
Maintain discipline and ensure a positive learning environment.
Coordinate with academic team regarding student progress.
Support institute during admissions events, demo classes, and workshops if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; English proficiency must be strong.
Prior experience as a Spoken English/Communication Trainer preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills and clear pronunciation.
Ability to manage classes and handle students of different levels.
Confident, patient, and learner-focused teaching approach.
Basic computer knowledge for hybrid/online classes.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹100.00 - ₹1,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 9 per week
