FRND is a social interaction app that helps people build confidence, improve communication skills, and make meaningful friendships. We’re inviting fluent and confident English speakers to join us as Spoken English Coaches. As a coach, you'll guide users in improving their spoken English through friendly 1-on-1 audio sessions all conducted directly on the FRND app. Help users break language barriers and become more confident in everyday conversations. Location: Work from home Timings: Flexible hours Salary: ₹50,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month Eligibility: Must be a graduate Requirements - Strong command of spoken English Excellent communication and listening skills Empathy, patience, and the ability to make users feel comfortable Responsibilities- Conduct spoken English sessions via voice calls on the FRND app Help users become more confident and fluent in English through supportive conversations Ensure a friendly, judgment-free environment during sessions (All sessions happen on the app, your name and number will never be shared with anyone.)
