Job Description: B2B Field Sales Executive Location: Salem, Tamil Nadu Experience: Minimum 6 months in B2B sales or a related field Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹22,000 per month Roles and Responsibilities: Identify and approach businesses to promote and sell company products/services. Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients and decision-makers. Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends. Present tailored solutions to clients through meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales effectively. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management. Regularly update the CRM system with client interactions and sales activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Key Requirements: Educational Qualification: Any degree (graduate-level). Experience: At least 6 months in B2B sales or a similar role. Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to understand and address business needs. Proficiency in preparing and delivering presentations. Goal-oriented with a proven track record in meeting sales targets. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within Salem and surrounding areas. Familiarity with the Salem business market is an advantage.
