Splunk Developer - SQL / Data Science

Job Description

- Good hands on SQL and JavaScript - Good in Splunk Dashboards. - Take Ideas of data requirements and transform into Splunk queries and dashboards to provide insight into the data. - Participate in discussions with the team for new functionality and incorporation into Splunk dashboards. - General performance monitoring of Splunk, indexes, sizing, growth, etc. - Working seamlessly with remote Sr. Splunk solution designer. - Determine root cause of Splunk related issues on an as-needed basis. - Approve and monitor access and usage of Splunk solutions. - Bachelor s degree in a related field such as data science, software engineering or computer sciences. - Experience with Agile software development methodologies - Software development background in Java, javascript or .net languages
