We specialize in end-to-end brand strategy, digital marketing, online reputation management, and public relations services. We are looking for a passionate Video Editor to join our creative team.Key Responsibilities1. Video Editing & Post-Production:• Edit raw footage into compelling video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling.• Organize and manage project files to maintain consistency and efficiency.2. Motion Graphics & Effects:• Develop eye-catching motion graphics using Adobe After Effects (preferred) and/or Adobe Premiere Pro.• Enhance videos with transitions, animations, and visual effects.3. Collaboration & Communication:• Work closely with the Creative and Marketing teams to understand project goals and content requirements.• Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders to ensure final edits meet brand guidelines and objectives.4. Content Optimization for Social Media:• Adapt videos for multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.), maintaining consistent style and brand identity.• Stay updated on industry trends and platform-specific best practices.5. Language Proficiency:• Mandatory: Must be proficient in Kannada and English for content understanding and occasional translation or voice-over requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications1. Software Expertise:• First Preference: Adobe After Effects• Second Preference: Adobe Premiere Pro• Familiarity with other editing, compositing, and design tools is an added advantage.2. Experience:• Minimum of 1–2 years of professional video editing and motion graphics experience (agency or in-house preferred).• Solid portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics and video editing.3. Technical Skills:• Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and compression techniques.• Basic knowledge of color correction and sound design.4.
