Specialist - Videography & Motion Graphics ( Contract)

You will be responsible for driving the end-to-end creation of motion graphics and video content from translating briefs and client requirements into impactful visual concepts to executing editing, enhancements, and final delivery. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, copywriters, and visualizers, you will bring ideas to life through compelling designs, audio-visual choices, and innovative storytelling. Additionally, you will support creative needs like photo editing, illustrations, and iconography while staying ahead of trends and technologies to ensure cutting-edge, high-quality output.

Experience You Should Bring

• Knowledge of animation for use in a diverse array of media, including smartphones, tablets and the web.
• Ability to understand business problems and convert it into briefs.
• Strong experience in camera operation, sound equipment and the overall production process.
• Strong knowledge of audio/visual equipment, hardware, software, troubleshooting and techniques used in video production & editing.
• Ability to comprehend and uphold brand style guidelines, producing work of a suitable style.
• Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.
• Ability to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.
• Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
• Knowledge of using/operating Camera and other shooting equipments.
• The person must have the knowledge and experience in the following softwares:
  • Premiere Pro
  • Final cut Pro
  • Light Room
  • After Effects
  • Photoshop
  • Illustrator

What You Will Be Doing

• Work with different teams to understand the project scope and objectives. Also work with copywriters and visualizers in co-creating and delivering high quality video content
• Visualize production scripts, briefs, understand client requirements to produce great results. Prepare conceptual layouts for motion graphic projects
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
• Assist in selecting appropriate audio, graphic and animation styles for projects
• Encoding, converting and editing videos and adding effects/elements to enhance motion graphics
• Support the creative team with photo editing, bespoke illustration and icon design
• Keeping abreast of advancements in animation as well as new technologies and techniques to deliver cutting edge work.
