Job Description

Role Overview: At NiCE, we are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager who will be responsible for managing the post-sales relationship for assigned accounts. Your role will be crucial in building client loyalty and satisfaction, unlocking the full value of the solution while meeting revenue retention and growth objectives. You will serve as the primary client technical liaison and advocate throughout the post-sales client journey from Implementation to Renewal. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving client satisfaction, optimizing their investment, and providing valuable account information to fuel the sales engine. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary client technical liaison and advocate from Implementation to Renewal - Ensure timely renewals, orchestrate client engagement, and maintain service continuity - Proactively communicate with clients, address issues, and measure performance - Help clients optimize their investment, capture feedback, and promote new feature enhancements - Identify and resolve blockers for success by collaborating with clients and internal teams - Provide essential documentation and coordination during security audits - Offer valuable account information to support sales efforts Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in account/client relationship management, preferably in compliance tech or enterprise SaaS - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field - Experience with APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and enterprise IT environments - Exceptional interpersonal, listening, written, and verbal communication skills - Ability to lead, motivate, and develop creative solutions to complex problems - Strong knowledge of security frameworks such as ISO27001 or SOC2, and regulatory standards like GDPR - Familiarity with Financial Crime (fraud, anti-money laundering) and Compliance/Risk Management - Strong working knowledge of brokerage, banking, and financial services industry Additional Company Details: NiCE Ltd.
