Objective Primarily responsible for the overall quality of the Change Management process. Main coordinator within the process and is the focal point regarding changes for both the customer and the organization. Qualification University degree in Computer Science with comparable practical experience Eg: B. Tech/ BE/ M. Sc. /MCA / B. Sc Recommended to have 7+ years of relevant experience in IT operations and Change Management processes. Strong technical proficiency in server OS platforms, web services, and basic network technologies in an IT operational or support environment.
