Specialist, Sales Operations

As a Specialist in Sales Operations at TekWissen Group, your primary focus will be on centralizing administrative and system support functions to enhance responsiveness to business customers. You will provide support to various Business Units, including Sales, Services, Channels, Finance, and other downstream clients. Key Responsibilities: - Ability to work rotational hours across different regions (APJ, US, EMEA) - Support and maintain all incoming Master Data Governance (MDG) requests - Complete daily requests within defined Service Level Agreements (SLA) - Handle customer escalations and conduct root cause analysis with timely responses - Analyze complex data sets to make fact-based decisions and recommendations - Engage with stakeholders to understand their requirements - Assist in preparing key performance indicators (KPIs) - Provide End of Quarter (EOQ) support aligned with key business units" structures - Participate in team forums for process improvement ideas and group training opportunities - Deliver clear presentations to stakeholders, team, and leadership - Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members to achieve results - Perform other duties as necessary Essential Requirements: - Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and local language - Excellent analytical and customer service skills - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities - Self-initiative, creative thinking, and high sense of urgency - Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint Desirable Requirements: - Proficient in MS Office applications - SQL experience is a plus In addition to a competitive salary, bonus programs, and world-class benefits, TekWissen Group offers unparalleled growth and development opportunities to foster a compelling and rewarding work environment.
