Job Description

Key Deliverables

Oversee and maintain risk treatment practices across lines of defense, ensuring adherence through training and monitoring.
Manage issues remediation and policy exceptions, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Produce thematic analysis to support proactive risk management strategies.
Collaborate with Data/Tech and Risk Enablement teams for risk aggregation and reporting models.

Role Responsibilities

Lead the Central Issues Management Team to foster proactive risk treatment practices.
Support high-quality execution, driving change across cross-functional teams.
Develop strong stakeholder relationships and alignment on key risk initiatives.
Communicate effectively with senior leaders and committees, reporting on risk treatment and management activities.
