Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather payroll inputs and work closely with the payroll team to ensure smooth and accurate payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect, validate, and consolidate payroll inputs such as attendance records, overtime, bonuses, and deductions. Payroll Processing Support: Partner with the payroll team to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure payroll data complies with company policies and statutory regulations. Maintain accurate payroll records and reports. Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with various departments such as HR, Finance, and Operations to gather and clarify payroll information. Issue Resolution: Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes for enhanced accuracy and efficiency. Audit Support: Assist in preparing payroll data for internal and external audits. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum 1-2 years of experience in payroll coordination or payroll processing. Strong understanding of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and payroll software. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other payroll tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
