Performance Test Lead Responsible for carrying out QA testing activities for maintaining enhancing and developing and supporting applications and technology solutions Demonstrates a strong understanding of industry best standards in software development and version controlling Will assist the TDM Technical Lead and BSA with project team duties as required Able to work on agile projects participating in daily SCRUM calls and providing task updates Responsible for determining level of effort estimations monitoring task execution and meeting established project milestones Collaborates with delivery team members to maximize and leverage the understanding of business solution functional requirements and nonfunctional requirements Must be a selfstarter and must be able to work independently Well organized with great attention to detail and great communication skills Duties and Responsibilities 1Collaborates with BSA and TDM for a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed functional requirements 2Performs QA testing manual and automation 3Works with Studio BAQA resources to support testing and perform defect fixes as needed 4Participates in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and status 5Creates and manages QA documentation as required 6Works with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization resolving issues and escalations 7Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution 8Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned 9Product Testing responsibilities Review Requirements andor Production bug Identify test cases based on requirement analysis ask right questions to clarify requirements Build Test scenarios test data test Cases which test system limits Strong analytical skills Perform Functional testing database testing end to end testing smoke testing regression testing limit testing etc Exposure to SAP testing applications on SAP HCM HR or MRS Experience on TOSCA for Test case automation Experience of using building automation testing framework Required Technical Skills 5-7 years of experience in testing with majority of experience in product testing Strong testing skill of 4 Years in SAP testing Mobile Testing Experience of 4 Years with API Testing automation tools like TOSCA Selenium using CJava 2 Years experience of working in continuous integration framework implementation working closely with DevOps Expert level knowledge of QA process and testing methodology Experience with continuous integration development and deployment Establish and evolve formal QA processes Analyze testing requirements based on the business requirements Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures manual and automated Assure timely completion of testing for projects as well as comprehensive bug tracking and reporting Support Agile Scrum software development life cycle and project management approach by creating documenting and executing test plans Provide code review and guidance to QA automation team and functional testing team Analyze test coverage and results to ensure functionality Analyze test coverage and test results to ensure data integrity and accuracy Execute functional application and regression tests Provide technical expertise to other team members Provide architectural input on new and existing QA and testing solutions Create and maintain design and implementation documentation in support of work performed Highly accountable for meeting all commitments and deadlines Effective communication skills both written and verbal for technical and nontechnical audiences Able to work independently and collaboratively Required Licenses Certifications and Other Requirements Experience working with Agile development processes Exposure or knowledge on SAFe agile process is desirable
