Experience with ServiceNow, including hands-on design, development, and deployment Expertise in ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and IRM (Integrated Risk Management) in an enterprise production environment Strong ServiceNow implementation experience, including solution configuration and customization for GRC and Audit Management modules Knowledge of ServiceNow fundamentals in ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Asset, and Service Catalog Ability to assess vendor security within Compliance and Risk applications Proficient in leveraging ServiceNow GRC tools for tracking, monitoring, reporting, and remediation of findings Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow JavaScript APIs Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment ITIL Foundation certification Passion for advising and guiding customers to maximize the value of ServiceNow and stay updated on the latest product features ServiceNow certifications, including: ServiceNow Certified IRM Developer ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Ability to create custom business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, data policies, and UI scripts Strong troubleshooting skills for configuration and scripting issues Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously Capable of working independently and collaboratively with customers and delivery teams on implementations and remote services Punctual and attentive in project meetings, including requirements reviews, validation sessions, and SCRUM ceremonies Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills
