Position Summary
Level
: ManagerAs a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.
Work you’ll do:
Collaborate with the functional team and client to thoroughly understand business requirements. Oversee technical delivery by providing architectural and implementation recommendations. Lead documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Direct the design and development of solutions, ensuring timely delivery according to project plans. Work closely with project leadership to identify and escalate potential risks and prepare status reports. Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between various teams within the engagement. Respond to proposals by providing accurate estimations and technical input, supporting the overall success and alignment of project objectives with client needs.

AI & Data offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. Our offering helps clients innovate, and enhance their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can mature and scale effectively.AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to:
- Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing
- Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
- Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.
Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 10-15 years of relevant experience in Generative AI, Deep Learning, or NLP
- Led a 3–5-member team on multiple end to end AI/GenAI projects
- Excellent communication and client/stakeholder management skills
- Must have strong hands-on experience with programming languages like Python, Cuda and SQL, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch and Keras
- Hands-on experience with top LLM models like OpenAI GPT-3.5/4, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, LLaMA 3.0, and Mistral, along with RAG and Agentic workflows
- Well versed with GANs and Transformer architecture, knows about Diffusion models, up to date with new research/progress in the field of Gen AI
- Knowledge of hyperscaler offerings (NVIDIA, AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle) and Gen AI tools (Copilot, Vertex AI).
- Knowledge of Vector DB, Neo4J/relevant Graph DBs
- Lead and deliver large-scale AI/Gen AI projects across multiple industries and domains.
- Liaison with on-site and client teams to understand various business problem statements and project requirements.
- Lead a team of Data Engineers, ML/AI Engineers, Prompt engineers, and other Data & AI professionals to deliver projects from inception to implementation.
- Brainstorm, build & improve AI/Gen AI models developed by the team & identify scope for model improvements & best practices.
- Assist and participate in pre-sales, client pursuits and proposals.
- Drive a human-led culture of Inclusion & Diversity by caring deeply for all team members
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Should follow research papers, comprehend and innovate/present the best approaches/solutions related to Generative AI components.
- Familiar with Docker containerization, GIT, etc.
- AI/Cloud certification from a premier institute is preferred.

- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
