Specialist, Insurance Operations

As part of the Global Insurance and Benefits team, you will be responsible for ensuring world-class benefits are provided to employees locally. Your role will involve establishing new policies in different countries and managing their administration effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Provide best-in-class recommendations to employers hiring globally, ensuring they align with local expectations rather than just relying on international vendors" offerings for benefits packages and salary benchmarking data. - Manage relationships with key insurance providers to stay updated on various Duty of Care insurance and benefit options. - Conduct commercial discussions with insurance providers to finalize local health insurance plans. - Evaluate new insurance providers in the region and take ownership of creating new health insurance plans in new countries. Qualifications Required: - Ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand and concise language. - Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent written and spoken proficiency. - Strong organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under strict time constraints. - Passion for problem-solving for customers on a daily basis. - Background in HR SaaS company is preferred. - Knowledge of US/LATAM regions Insurance administration is a plus. - Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to change. - Capable of coordinating with multiple internal and external teams. - Attention to detail with swift execution.
