Job Description

As a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer joining our dynamic team, you will play a key role in guiding and mentoring the team from a technology standpoint. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Lead by example in full-stack software development, focusing on front-end technologies such as React and JavaScript, and back-end technologies preferably Node.js. - Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering best practices in coding, testing, and system design. - Design, implement, and maintain robust APIs and backend services with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. - Contribute to system architecture and design decisions, driving innovation and technical excellence. - Work closely with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and rapid deployments. - Actively participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving sessions. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Mandatory Qualifications: - 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong full-stack expertise. - Proficiency in front-end technologies including React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Strong back-end skills in Node.js (preferred) or equivalent frameworks like Java, .NET, or Python. - Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs or other service architectures. - Solid understanding of system design principles focusing on scalability, maintainability, and security. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. - Proven ability to mentor and support team members. Good-to-Have Skills: - Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL. - Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of test automation frameworks like Jest, Cypress, or Mocha. - Understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems. - Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
