As a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading the team from a technology standpoint in a collaborative environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Leading by example in full-stack software development, focusing on front-end technologies like React and JavaScript, as well as back-end technologies such as Node.js. - Collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster best practices in coding, testing, and system design. - Designing, implementing, and maintaining robust APIs and backend services with a focus on scalability, security, and performance. - Contributing to system architecture and design decisions to drive innovation and technical excellence. - Partnering with DevOps teams to build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and rapid deployments. - Actively participating in code reviews, design discussions, and technical problem-solving sessions. - Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role include: - 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong full-stack expertise. - Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience in back-end technologies like Node.js (preferred) or equivalent frameworks (e.g., Java, .NET, Python). - Strong understanding of system design principles, including scalability, maintainability, and security. - Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical leadership skills. - Proven ability to mentor and support team members. Good-to-have skills for this role include experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or GraphQL, familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes), experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Mocha), knowledge of microservices architecture, and distributed systems, as well as experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
