Essential Job Functions
- Responsible for all HRBP administrative tasks for the assigned Business Units.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Track early attrition and implement retention strategies for new hires through early engagement connects with the guidance of the HRBP Lead.
- Co-ordinate with HR-Ops team in maintaining employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Supports engagement initiatives to enhance morale, retention, and productivity (e.g., town halls, R&R programs, HR connects, Conduct Stay interviews, monthly and quarterly employee fun activities, Support VoE surveys, Employee Well-being initiatives).
- Supports the performance management process (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, feedback sessions). Ensure timely completion of appraisals by following up with the respective members.
- Handle smaller employee grievances, conflict resolution, in line with company policy and seeks support form the HRBP Lead for any major issues.
- Promote a safe and inclusive work environment by driving awareness of HR policies, ensure company and statutory compliance (Following up with employees on SMART mandatory trainings, Employee Handbook, etc.)
- Prepare and maintain dashboards for attrition, engagement, headcount, and other key HR metrics.
- Other activities may be assigned by your manager.
Qualifications/ Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Intermediate-level support staff with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
- 2 - 3 years of HR BP experience (real estate sector preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with HR software (e.g., HRMS, Workday)
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to travel (Inter-Offices) to support any HR initiatives
- Comfortable to complete Work from Office
Comfortable with shift timing: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
The annual full time base salary range for this role is
₹1.00 - ₹1.00Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data.
