Purpose of the Pos ition (Short Summary of the Role) Evaluate and implement ADAS standards and regulation for all markets Align for testing & performance acceptable range with regulatory authorities and internal simulation team Risk Assessment and Hazard Analysis in Automotive Systems ADAS System Safety Analysis Automotive Cybersecurity for ADAS Safety Metrics and Performance Monitoring Coordination with plant and Pilot Hall and CFT for built issues Authority: Change request management for the designs Proof of concept and Lamp engineering data creation as per Vehicle Styling needs Design / Data approval / release at each Project milestones. Co-ordination with Team & suppliers. Skills R equired: Communication in English. Analytical skills. Good knowledge about automobile technics. Familiarity MS Office. Project Management. Product development knowledge. Good administrative skills: ability to plan, develop a structure Key Responsibilities & Task Coordinates and methodically leads of entrusted Sub-group to implement the project tasks and reporting to relevant Team head about project progress. Contributes to setting project parameters and their optimization, including time plan, project goals, allotment of resources and saving plans. Confirms technical description of project. Analyze, prepare, propose and execute the development of the entrusted parts in an efficient and appropriate way, incl. materials, technical solution and technology for decision making or implementation. Support the technical documentation for request for quotation (LAH) activities. Past the CAD data, communicate with and coordinate suppliers by the development process. Create and approve 3D data, drawings, PDM lists, TLD lists and other needed documentation. Upload the documentation in IT systems, release and administrate it. Evaluate the test results, define countermeasures and cooperate on their realization Support the ramp-up of the new products and create documents and presentation for meetings on management level. Communicate the development activities and negotiate technical solutions and minor changes in project with Skoda MB or VW Based on PEP (Product development process) guidelines ensure that the respective component milestones (technical and budgetary) are completed within the stipulated time period and with the desired results Continuously seek and identify new Indian technologies / development opportunities based on competitor/market trends, customer requirements, Supplier inputs and Manufacturing requirements. Contribute to the team regarding budget, test costs, planning and Technical Project management requirements. VA/VE FMQ activities. Ensure compliance with internal and external requirement such as Specifications (LAH) regulatory, homologation and identified Key performance Indicators (KPI’s).
