Specialist Educational Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining the Franco-Indian Training Center in Engineering as a Specialist Educational Executive. Your role will involve promoting the international academic programs across schools and coaching centers, engaging with students and parents, and supporting the admissions process for the upcoming September 2025 intake. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct presentations and promotional sessions in schools, coaching centers, and educational fairs to raise awareness about the engineering program. - Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, educators, and counsellors. - Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide program information, career counselling, and application guidance. - Supervise and guide the telecalling team to ensure effective lead conversion and timely follow-ups. - Coordinate recruitment efforts to meet enrollment targets for the September 2025 intake. - Prepare periodic reports on outreach and recruitment activities. - Support in organizing events, webinars, and other promotional activities. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in educational marketing, student counselling, or academic program promotion. - Excellent spoken and written English; fluency in additional Indian languages is a plus. - Strong public speaking and presentation skills. - Approachable, confident personality with excellent interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and outreach programs. - Familiarity with the Indian education system and student mindset, especially in the engineering domain.,
