: Maintain an understanding of project management processes and metrics Perform daily system administration duties and activities such as managing users, groups, teams, access levels, request queue management, and responding to user requests To ensure data integrity and accuracy; regularly review and clean up data, perform data imports, and manage user access and permissions Assist in building reports and dashboards as required, update custom forms as well as communicate changes to requestors and/or impacted groups Follow QC and testing procedures for all changes and new developments while maintaining testing records for future reference Support a long-term Workfront implementation roadmap from inception through delivery and work closely with project managers, key stakeholders, and teams across the organization Customize and configure the system to align with business processes and project management needs; create custom fields, templates, workflows, and forms to enhance user experience and project tracking Provide technical support to end-users regarding Workfront functionalities, troubleshoot issues, and address user inquiries promptly; collaborate with IT and developers to resolve technical problems Stay up to date with the latest software updates and releases; plan and execute system upgrades while assessing potential impacts and testing changes before implementation Support the integration of Workfront with other business systems and applications to optimize data flow and improve efficiency Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to monitor system performance, user adoption, and KPIs Help analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for business decision-making Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with data protection regulations Monitor system security and perform periodic audits to safeguard sensitive information Propose and implement system enhancements as needed Required Skills 8-10 years of IT operations experience, with at least 2+ years Workfront admin experience in a medium to large corporate and/or (healthcare) agency environment Must have a good working knowledge of Workfront and its capabilities
