Specialist- BW on HANA

This is a 2-month contractual requirement. As a technical Consultant specializing in SAP BW and SAP BW/4 HANA, you will be responsible for analyzing the technical feasibility of specialist concepts, documenting customer requirements, creating data processing concepts, and implementing them in stable, scalable, and high-performance SAP database warehouse solutions. You will actively participate in SAP BW and BI projects as an expert, providing advice to our team and plants in the process manufacturing sector on suitable BW-wide target architectures. Your role will involve modeling and implementing the architecture in SAP BW and BI BO Applications, as well as development in ABAP OO and HANA Native. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating test concepts, conducting testing and quality assurance, guiding customers in the development of data strategies and data science, supporting the further development of the IVL analytics team, and assisting in the preparation of offers and customer presentations. The preferred candidate will possess high communication skills, the ability to work in a team, independent action, and an analytical mindset that enables them to achieve goals quickly and generate sustainable benefits. Sound knowledge of SAP BW 7.x, ideally in SAP BW 7.5 on HANA or SAP BW4 HANA, along with many years of field-proven development experience in ABAP OO, is required. First experiences with HANA and knowledge of at least one of the BO frontend applications are also desirable. Industrial knowledge in manufacturing processes would be an added advantage. A readiness for personal and content-related development, as well as an interest in new innovative topics, is important. Proficiency in English and willingness to travel are essential for this role.,
