Area(s) of responsibility PMO Job Description Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PMO to join our software testing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the software testing domain, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for software testing projects. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks. Develop contingency plans to address potential issues. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure that testing activities meet established standards and requirements. Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met. Manage team performance and provide guidance and support. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present project status reports, including progress, risks, and issues. Maintain comprehensive project documentation. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus. Experience: 6-7 years of experience in project management within the software testing domain. Skills: Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and tools. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and risk management. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). Personal Attributes Detail-oriented and organized. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with a collaborative approach.
