Job Purpose:
To sustain superior client servicing by way of exhibiting overall trade and banking expertise to support Products like Trade, GBO, CMS, etc in line with Customer's requirement. To provide timely support to all Business & External stakeholders and to manage their requirements, which should be in tandem with internal process guidelines. To assist and support Team Managers /Leads & Senior Lead to achieve organisational goals as per KPI. To avoid any financial and reputational risk to the bank.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To ensure smooth processing of transactions involving Trade Finance, CMS, KYC,GBO, Loans for the Branch.
- Error free authorisation of transactions in a very time bound manner as per defined TATs
- Responsible for handling Capital A/c transactions and RBI reporting.
- Ensure periodical Reporting / MIS to Seniors for onward submission.
- Resolving the customer complaints received at the branch; ensuring necessary escalations as may be required.
- Adhering to set operational controls to ensure minimal actual loss due to process failures.
- Completion of day end activities like EOD reports, filing of vouchers and other branch reports.
- Monitoring of GL's.
- Act as a backup for Senior Associate.
- Vendor Management.
- Ensuring sufficient stock /inventories at Branch.
- Ensure periodical Reporting / MIS to Seniors for onward submission.
- Resolving the customer complaints received at the branch; ensuring necessary escalations as may be required.
- Adhering to operational controls to ensure minimal actual loss due to process failures.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's in Any Stream
PG in Any Stream
Experience:
5+ Years of experience in Banking with a good understanding of General banking operations/KYC/Trade Finanace/CMS.
