Qualifications

Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis and Special Education strategies
Effective Communication skills, both with children and in collaboration with educators and parents
Relevant experience in Education and Working With Children with special needs
Patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills
Formal training or degree in Special Education, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial
