This is a part-time hybrid role located in Singapore, with the flexibility of some work from home. As a Special Education Specialist, you will assess and support children with special educational needs (SEN) in collaboration with parents, teachers, and other specialists. Responsibilities include implementing intervention plans, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis, and guiding children in their educational and developmental progress. You will also be required to assist in creating inclusive learning environments and conduct regular evaluations of student development.

Qualifications

Expertise in Special Education and Applied Behavior Analysis
Strong skills in Communication and the ability to work effectively with children
Experience and knowledge in Education strategies tailored to individual needs
Proven ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Relevant certifications or qualifications in Special Education or related fields are preferred
Patience, empathy, and a strong passion for supporting individuals with special needs
