Continuously scout fresh, emerging talent and diverse voices to broaden and enrich our speaker lineup. Outreach & Relationship Management: Initiate and manage effective communication strategies to approach and engage potential speakers. Build and nurture long-term relationships with key speakers, influencers, and their representatives. What Were Looking For: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with high-profile individuals. Strong research abilities and a keen eye for identifying influential voices and emerging talent. Previous experience in Conference management. Freshers with good communication skills are welcomed.
