Narsingpur, Kherki Daula Post, Delhi Jaipur Road, Gurgaon - 122004 (Haryana), India - KGS

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Planning
Lead annual sales planning, quota setting, and territory design. Align sales goals with business objectives and market opportunities.
  • Sales Process Optimization
Identify and implement improvements in sales workflows and customer engagement models. Standardize best practices across regions and teams.
  • Sales Enablement
Develop and deliver training programs, sales playbooks, and onboarding materials. Drive adoption of CRM and other sales tools to improve efficiency and visibility.
  • Performance Management
Monitor KPIs and sales metrics to assess team performance. Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Data & Analytics
Analyze pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and win/loss trends. Ensure data integrity and reporting consistency across platforms.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to align go-to-market strategies. Support change management initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
