Software QA Tester (Manual & Automation)
SpartanBots Technologies are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software QA Tester (Manual & Automation) to join our quality assurance team. You will be responsible for designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions across our platforms. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements and develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts Execute manual test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications Design and implement automation scripts using tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar Conduct functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, and performance testing Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts Perform API testing using tools like Postman or Rest Assured Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and practices Ensure software meets all functional, usability, and performance standards Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field 1+ years of experience in manual and automation testing Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress) Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail) Good understanding of SDLC and STLC Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation Excellent communication and documentation skills How to Apply: If you're passionate about ensuring quality and delivering excellent user experiences, we’d love to hear from you!
