Experience in Steel Plants, Power Plants, Cement industries, Aluminium Smelters, Food, Pharma, Beverages, Packaging machines etc is highly preferred. Products: Pneumatic Solenoid Valves, Pulse Jet Valves, Pneumatic Cylinders, Vacuum Ejectors, Suction Cups, Water Separators, Air Filter, Oil Separator, Air Dryer and Auto Drain ValvesSalary: Negotiable as per industry standards. Requirement: Immediate joining. Notice Period: 1 monthsProbationary period: 6 months (in case of Freshers)Perks: PFESI (as applicable)Travelling Allowance + Fooding + Hotel Accommodation for outstation travels (As per company norms)Sales Incentives (On achieving pre defined sales target)Job Overview:We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Sales Engineer to join our team. A Sales Engineer combines technical expertise with sales skills to understand customer needs, responsible for understanding customer requirements and present complex product solutions, and close deals by leveraging their deep knowledge of the product's technical aspects demonstrating how our products meet their needs, effectively bridging the gap between engineering and product development teams ensuring that technical solutions align with customer expectations and drive sales success to secure orders and drive revenue. Consultation with clients, conduct technical demonstrations, and troubleshoot customer issues while collaborating closely with the sales team to identify and qualify potential opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Technical support: Provide pre-sales technical support to the sales team, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering customer inquiries.Solution design: Work with customers to understand their requirements and design customized solutions that meet their needs.Collaboration: Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product improvements.Documentation: Prepare technical documentation, proposals, and sales materials to support the sales process.Customer engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.Qualifications:B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering & MBA in MarketingMinimum 3 years of Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar technical sales role for mentioned territories. Candidates with Strong understanding of Pneumatics, Vacuum Automation Suction Cups, Vacuum Ejectors etc, related components & Vacuum Material Handling. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Ability to solve complex problems and design customized solutions for customers.Proficiency in handling site requirements related to Pneumatics, Vacuum Automation Suction Cups, Vacuum Ejectors etc, related components & Vacuum Material Handling necessary for the role. Required skills:Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of the product's technical specifications, applications, and functionalities. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to clearly explain complex technical concepts to customers. Presentation Skills: Ability to deliver engaging and informative presentations to potential clients. Sales Acumen: Strong sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse customer needs and identify appropriate solutions. Problem-solving Skills: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions. Relevant experience:Background in engineering or a related technical fieldProven experience in technical sales, preferably within the industryFamiliarity with CRM systems
