Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish Process Specialist, located in Noida. The Spanish Process Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries efficiently, analyzing and improving business processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality support to clients. The role also includes training team members and effectively communicating process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and aptitude for Business Process Improvement
  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and ability to address customer inquiries effectively
  • Proficiency in Communication, both verbal and written, in both Spanish and English
  • Experience in Training and knowledge sharing within a professional setting
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site team environment in Noida
  • Familiarity with operational processes in a BPO environment is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
